• Early bird Registration is $125 until midnight March 12, 2026 ($200 after midnight 3/12/26) and includes all materials. Lunch is $15.00 per person. Lunch is non-refundable.
• Registration deadline for presenters: Midnight March 12, 2026. Lunch is $15.00 per person.
• Lunch Order Deadline: April 17, 2025 (online with registration)
• Registration deadline for preceptors and CE is BY May 16, 2026 (ends 11:59 PM 5/15/26)
• Deadline for peer review for presenters with a conflict of interest: April 1st, 2026
• Deadline for Abstract, learning objectives, CV submission: March 14, 2026
• Deadline for presentation upload: Friday, April 25th, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
• Deadline to submit continuing education credit: June 5th, 2026: at 11:59 pm.

OPRC was organized for Ohio based residencies who wish to take advantage of a one day, smaller, centrally located conference. We are also pleased to have residencies from Southeast MI attending.

Ohio Northern University College of Pharmacy is the host.

To improve the scheduling process, you will be asked for your ASHP (not the NRMP) residency code. Residents will be asked for the name of their preceptor involved with their project. Beginning in 2016, there will be 2 tracks: Institutional based and Ambulatory based.
